Refund Policy

1. Free content

Core DGCA subject prep (notes, flashcards, mock tests) is free — nothing to refund there.

2. Paid cadet-prep content

Cadet-prep unlocks (e.g. IndiGo ADAPT sections, Air India cadet track) are digital content, granted immediately on successful payment. Because access is instant, we generally don't offer refunds once a section has been unlocked and accessed.

3. When a refund applies

If a payment was charged but access wasn't granted due to a technical error on our end, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we'll refund the affected amount in full.

4. How to request one

Email lifebeforev1@gmail.com with your registered phone/email and payment reference within 7 days of the charge. We'll investigate and respond within a few business days.

5. Coupon-based purchases

If a coupon reduced your price to zero or near-zero, no refund applies since there was no meaningful payment to reverse.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
